“De Visu” Audit Firm is included in the list of 15 largest firms in its segment according to BusinessViews. The main criterion for choosing a company that provides services for business is its financial performance. The rating is based on a neutral indicator, which sorts the audit firms represented in the domestic market of audit services, which is income. The company with the highest income is in the top of the list, and with the lowest, respectively – at the bottom. Therefore, the list of the largest audit firms in Ukraine includes only 15 companies, while in Ukraine there are more than 900 registered.
The main criteria for comparing audit firms were the company's income and its change for the year, the number of certified auditors employed and the profit-loss ratio. Income not only from audit services was taken into account, but also from related ones: advisory, outsourcing, etc. For those companies consisting of several legal entities, consolidated data were taken into account.
Most of the companies included in the list belong to large international professional networks, associations and alliances. Data from the companies’ reports, YouControl, the Auditors' Chamber of Ukraine and from publications in the media were used to form the rating. Information on all companies is available as at the end of 2018. The most recent information, dated 2020, indicate the number of auditors.
The “Big Four” representative offices in Ukraine – Ernst&Young, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG – topped the list, and Baker Tilly, a representative office of one of the world's largest networks, closes the top five.
