PARLIAMENT OF UKRAINE has adopted the Law of Ukraine of 05.07.2012, № 5060-VI «On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine on defining conditions of supply' and made changes to some legislative acts of Ukraine, which regulate supplies in FEA.
The law came into force on 03.08.2012.

STATE TAX SERVICE in letters dated 01.08.2012, № 13653/6/15-2116 № 20820/7/15-2117 has provided clarification on the payment for special use water. That is, the water users identified of p.323.2, article 323 of the Tax Code from 1 July 2012 are not subject to the fee for special use of water, if the volume of such water were used by them to cater exclusively own drinking and sanitation needs.
