Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved regulation № 5512-VI dd. December 04, 2012 “On peculiarities of procedure on consideration and adoption of project of the Law of Ukraine as for State budget of Ukraine for 2013: according to which times for consideration of the mentioned law were determined.
Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in its regulation № 1135 dd. December 05, 2012 approved Model rules of outdoor advertising positioning outside population centers which regulates the procedure of obtaining permits for advertising positioning and reconciliation procedure.
The Regulation came into effect on December 12, 2012.
Ministry of Finance of Ukraine in its Order № 986 dd. September 09, 2012 (registered at Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 06, 2012 № 1861/22173) approved changes to the Procedure on accounting of taxpayers and dues, in particular concerning incorporation/derogation into the Register of major taxpayers.
The Order came into effect on November 26, 2012.
Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in its Order № 1757/5 “On introduction of changes to the Provision about Single State Register of persons who committed corruption” approved carrying gout of verification of persons authorized to perform functions of state or local government who are dismissed because of corruption, with information about persons who are contained in Single State Register who committed corruption, according to the procedure determined by current legislation.
Ministry of agrarian policy and supplies of Ukraine issued Order № 700 dd. November 09, 2012 “On introduction of changes to Provision concerning commission of Ministry of agrarian policy and supplies of Ukraine on issues of allocation of budgetary funds budgeted for partial reimbursement to business entities for the cost of construction and reconstruction of cattle farms and complexes and enterprises on compound feed industry”.
This document came into effect on December 10, 2012.
Pension Fund of Ukraine approved Regulation № 18-1 dd. October 05, 2012 “On approval of Changes to the Procedure of registration and de-registration of single fee payers on obligatory state social insurance at authorities of Pension Fund of Ukraine”, in particular as for the procedure of registration and de-registration of separate subdivisions of legal entities.
The Regulation came into effect on December 16, 2012.
National Bank of Ukraine in its regulation № 475 dd. November 16, 2012 “On change maturity dates under operations on export and import of goods and introduction of obligatory sale of receipts in foreign currency” determined the requirement concerning obligatory sale at interbank currency market of Ukraine the receipts in foreign currency by means of currency earnings of residents from sale of goods under foreign economic agreements.
The Regulation came into effect on November 19, 2012.
National Bank of Ukraine in its regulation № 476 dd. November 16, 2012 “On the procedure of remittance payment to physical entities from abroad” determined for a period of six months the requirement as for obligatory sale and interbank currency market of Ukraine the receipts from abroad in foreign currency in favor of physical entities (residents and non-residents) in amount which corresponds or does not exceed equivalent 150 000 hryvnyas per month.
The Regulation came into effect on November 28, 2012 and is valid till May 29, 2013.
National Bank of Ukraine in its № 479 dd. November 16, 2012 “On adjusting the amount of receipts in foreign currency” determined that receipts in foreign currency of the 1st group Classifier of foreign currencies and banking metals, approved Regulation № 34 dd. February 04, 1998 of Managing board of National Bank of Ukraine, and Russian rubles which are subject to the requirements № 475 come within obligatory sale of interbank currency market of Ukraine in amount of 50%.
The rest of receipts in foreign currency remains at the disposal of residents and is used by the according to the rules of exchange regulation.
The Regulation came into effect on November 19, 2012 and is current till May 29, 2013.
National Bank of Ukraine in its letter № 29-209/12263 dd. December 05, 2012 gave explanation concerning application in practice separate regulatory legal acts of National Bank of Ukraine, in particular as for sale in foreign currency depending on kind of foreign economic activity of residents, about introduction of 90-days term of settlements for export-import operations, about shifting off control export operations during the effective period of Regulation № 475.
National Bank of Ukraine in its letter № 11-219/4384 dd. December 10, 2012 “On introduction of additional information to cash record” with a view to provide appropriate control of the receipts to the budget under code of budgetary classification 21081300 “Administrative charges in the sphere of moving traffic safeguarding” obliged banks (branches, departments) to provide completion of cash records according to specified payments appropriate code of budgetary classification and in requisite “Purpose of payment” it is necessary to complete series and number of report on administrative violation.
State Statistics Service of Ukraine issued Order № 378 dd. September 11, 2012 “About approval of the Methodology on calculation of real wage indexes”.
